Kelsey's expertise has been recognized on multiple platforms, including the 2023 CLEO Awards and being named to the UWG Thirty Under 30 List. She has also been honored with Gold-Bronze awards at the prestigious Sideshow Awards for her outstanding contributions to the industry.

With an impressive portfolio, Kelsey has collaborated with renowned brands such as Footlocker, Sprite, NBA G-League, Shake Shack, Miller Lite, BET, and many more. Her strategic insights and innovative campaigns have consistently elevated brand visibility and engagement across diverse markets.

Currently, Kelsey serves as the Brand Strategist and Editorial Lead at Paramount (BET+), where she has been instrumental in shaping the brand's identity and content direction since 2021. In Summer 2023 Kelsey served as the Global Director of Programming at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, where she curated and delivered cutting-edge content experiences to audiences worldwide.
